Surrender
You can surrender, or give up, rights in a trade mark
either in part or in its entirety. You must tell all the people
who have an interest in your mark, e.g. licensees, that you are
going to give up those rights three months before you apply to surrender.
The application for full or partial surrender of the
trademark should be supplied with a list of all the parties who
have an interest in your mark.
