Revocation
This provides for the revocation, or removal, of a
registration on the following grounds:
- non-use for a continuous period of five years;
- the mark has become a common term in the trade;
- use that has led to the possibility of misleading
the public.
You may apply for revocation of the whole registration
or only a part of the registration, which must be supplied with
a statement of case in support of the revocation.

The application must be submitted with a fee
sheet, which must be filled with all fee bearing forms.
Intervention in proceedings
If, as a third party, you have an interest in revocation proceedings,
you may apply to intervene in these proceedings. You must send an
application (mentioned below) and a statement of case in support
of the intervention.
